A very warm welcome to all of you. It is a privellage to have you here at Malaysia Magic Fellowship (MMF). Just to let you all know some background of MMF, it is a sister site to Singapore Magic Circle. It is created especially for Malaysian magicians/flourishers. It does not matter if you are just a beginner, amatuer, semi-pro or pro, you are all welcome to this forum.

MMF will be a forum that you can discuss anything you have in mind about magic. It is also a site where you can seek ask and receive help to and from other magicians. Hello folks! At last, now I hear this happy news about this MMF which implemented for all the Malaysian magician gathering here to gain some knowledge and it's a valuable source of learning from each other. :)

As I can see, now there are proliferation of magic hobbyists, magicians in Malaysia.

Anyway, I wish all the members here have a happy magical journey and magic undertakings. ;)

Its great and Im v happy that we've reached over 100 members now. Like Kenningst said, if only all 100 are active members. hehe....

With more meetings and gatherings, i think people will feel more easy to post and start contributing.

We're are all a family in Magic. Its great isnt it! Keep up the great work guys!

I think magic in Malaysia is coming into the storm now, I can see the potential in Malaysia that this magic art will grow and prosper from time to time. ;)

hey guys! well just wanna add from andrew's statement that is "I think magic in Malaysia is coming into the storm now" well all i wanna just say is plz be careful as in know the difference between performing and showing magic" Alot of us magicians are very skilled in our craft, but our greatest weakness would be performing. its like we cant just buy a violin and say we are a violinist. in the same way we cant just buy magic from a dvd or a book or a gimmick and call ourselves magicians. so my word to u all, is keep up what is good. unlearn what is bad and work on performing performing performing and not just showing tricks! Our goal is to entertain! entertaining and performing isnt just about the magic.. its a livestyle. It involves our character! our personality, our apperance...etc. It basically involve our lives. cheers guys!

Yes, you have your point. I am agree with that. Well, it's just like knowing a secret doesn't make you a magician, right?? ^_^

Patter and presentation yes, very crucial in our performance because we have to deliver the message of our performance, otherwise, the spectators do not understand what you are performing and also will not feel being entertained if the presentation is not soundly. ^_^
