I think you should start off m***** reading with easier stuff first. Such as coin on left or right hand. If you get this right for a few times you can move to more difficult ones like 2 digit numbers. Also the person u choose to m***** read is important too. You must be able to trust him/her. Usually in this case, a female audience works better.

there is a very very pro guy in the UKs on this type of mentailism

Have you watched Banachek's PSI Series Volume 3 titled Psychophysiological Thought Reading (Muscle Reading)? Depending on where you are in the learning process, this may be of some assistance.

I believe he goes into the details better in the book than in the DVD, but thats just my opinion.

mm... It's kinda hard for me, I've tried for a week last month but it doesnt seems to work, and further more I dont really believe it can work, so i gave up on that...anybody did it successfully before?

It works better on certain people than others.
