For gatherings organised by other organisations, businesses or clubs, if you wish to put up a notice of a upcoming gathering you are organising, please PM or e-mail me or one of the other the moderators with the full details and contact numbers and we shall post it up for you. The notice will be in the form of a locked thread with details of your gathering and your contact numbers/details of the person to contact (similiar to that of a Printed advertisement)
