well brendan, if they do come to malaysia, the malaysians wont be so kiasu la... no offence to singaporeans... but it was so freakin funny... lol... but there was a lil faultyness wen chris korn was doing the coin trick to the lady... that gave a clue to viewers that there was some sort of gimmick... i dont know if u guyz noticed him saying(dont mind of the camera comes to the magicians point of view) or something like that... that would definitely raise some suspicion... but overall i liked the show... finnally a magic show featuring asia... i really do hope they come to malaysia... anywayz, their shows will be on ever tuesday at 10... new epidsodes from singapore... too bad it cashes with my wrestling... -_- ... since im a fan of levitations, im waiting for the episode where chris korn levitates some piece of sweet or someting and it goes straight to his mouth... i m still trying to figure out how the thing actually goes into the mouth... i.t magicians?? any idea?? oh yeah, an article came out in the newspapers today in the star... it was about their show... pretty cool...

I like chris Korn! He's cool...

I caught the first episode of Mondo Magic Singapore on tuesday. It's excellent. The chemistry between JB and Chris is great. I love the one where JB did his card magic on the beach with a few girls and the imprint of the word Singapore was on the side of the deck. It's cool. Any idea what is that particular illusion he did called? And can we get it in M'sia?

the 2nd episode was much much better than the 1st.
At least they got better reactions and the guys looked more at ease.

I enjoyed this one.

But the original series for me is still waaaay better.

Yeah it is better than the first episode. Tricks were better. U hear JB and Chris commenting and admitting that sporeans are v reserved in their reactions and are much harder to impress and know as they keep it inside.

I loved the signed bill in mandarin orange.. v cool. (i got no idea)

hehe the one in Little India, the parrot one... the old man dont even know what chris was talking abt.

the floating bakua to his mouth was cool.

and oh yeah... he even did a trick, card into mouth using Tiger Beer deck which the Tiger lady asked him to use.

I also like the coin into bottle magic in the bar.

All in all... good but like Jeff said, i enjoy the normal episode ones much more... cooler tricks and better reactions.

still got anymore mondo magic going to show? i haven't watched any... but everyone's talking about it!

is it a typical asian behaviour?reject evrythg tht stop them on streets..i look Chris Korn being rejected just like people who rejected an insurance agent..so sad..

fahmi, i think this is our asian behaviour or maybe human nature?...
imagine this, one day when u r walking on the street, someone stop u and say "can i sing a song for u?" will u reject?? thats why i dont like to do magic for strangers..

well, i suppose more on culture.
we are all train from young ..

I watched the 3rd episodes yesterday. I particularly like the photocopier magic. It's pretty cool.

Yeah... the photocopy was pretty cool. Good idea.. might wanna learn it as the photocopy machine is just a few meters away from my office desk.... :P

The card tricks that JB did were pretty normal.

I like the one Chris and JB did the card trick in the lecture room. Both spec selected the same card... hehe the sporean gal gave Chris a hard time didnt she? lol

Yeah Ewin, i agree, didnt quite like the way he F**** the card. Or maybe it was the camera angle. They gal perhaps couldnt notice wat he was doing.

I think almost every episode Chris and JB will comment that is v different so much harder performing magic to sporeans than compared to elsewhere (USA, Europe).

Looking forward for next week's performance. The tricks are getting better though rite? lol... hmmm...

I really enjoy when Chris performs... he is such a funny guy. JB Benn is more on the serious since.... and uses his body alot for misdirection... hehe

Yeah some tricks they've done it in other episodes... eg.. the card trick on the pool table one.
