caught your attention right? :P
What type of liquid do you use to make the card on fire, I meant for flourishing purposes, not burning the cards. And does it spoil the cards?
If it is too sensitive, please PM me, thanks guys!!!

You have to decide, which one you want to save - the cards or your hands.
If you want to save your cards then you have something very strange and visual there - the burning hand effect when you can impress people when you do the cuts and fans.
Kerosene, petrol, turpentine are recomended liquid to burn your hand. Sprinkle a little bit if flash sparkle powder and the FX will look good.

Actually there is a liquid that burns but the flame is not hot - it is rather cool. Some special effects uses this liquid. And it is not sold in magic shops.
I'll check it out for you, Jeremy.

Since we're on "fire" topic, i have some question for "smoke". Anyone own "Little Smoke" ? would like to get some effect like such. Quite afew of the people say the output of UltraSmoke is dangerous.

i dun have Little Smoke, but i have been facinated with the smoke from palm FX for the longest time (mostly thanks to Paul Zennon's TV special).
But like you, I've heard terrible things with the UltraSmoke system (hard to maintain, smelly, corrodes gold, cause cancer, can choke your audience/yourself) which, together with the high price, seems like a total no go.
Have been considering and trying to dream up alternate device for smoke from palm that is cleaner and safer, which I really believe should be possible.
Maybe with a little brainstorming we can come up with something. ;)
Anyone here has mechnical engineering or eletronics engineering background? B)
