Anybody seen the papers about David Blaine's latest special? He passed out 2 minutes before the attempted time. Ouch. He trained by practising going underwater for a week just like that. Stoopid guy, the world record is held by a sportsman la. And by the way, before that also go and do the survival thing in box causing muscle and tissue atrophy. Need to train back athlete fitness where got so fast. So remember kids, exercise is important!

Blaine is great... please consider how long he had been staying in water... ;) there are a lot of videos online. Check them out :)

He didn't succeed. But he did something far more amazing. ;)

sorry im getting off topic but is there any topic on cyril takayama from t.h.e.m?

I watch many of cyril's magic on youtube.com and i find most of his magics are not of the classics...it is freaking amazing on what he can do with his hands...omg....its very much a diffrent twist to the classics. i dont know if his magics are of his creativity or from the t.h.e.m crew that consist of around 10 magicians, which one of them is known to sell magic tricks to the likes of david copperfield. IMHO david blaine's magic that i saw on tv was great but magics that i saw from cyril blew me away

Both david blaine and cyril are no doubt fantastic magicians. what is interesting i find about david blaine is that mysterious look of his. He has the kind of looks that shows he is great....somewhat like david copperfield...i dont know how to explain this :wacko: and omg....dont talk about holding your breath for 7++mins....2mins also total KO already...david is a very fit man with a very high level of self discipline and will power

That human aquarium was much smaller than I thought it would be,theres so little space for him to move.It looks more like I statue inside inside that aquarium,that was cool.I think he might try another attempt end of this year,or maybe next year.That was cool though.

Finally, I have finish watching this show. 2 hours length with a lot of advertisment.

30 minutes of the introduction how he pratice before stay in aquarium.
10 minutes others professional predict the side effect [7 days in aquarium]
20 minutes of street magic short clips.
30 minutes on the finishing.

This show more like stunt show then magic show to me.

7 minutes really a great record [after 7 days in aquarium].

I think if that sports man tried to stay in the water for 7 days and need to use his energy to release the chain without seeing anything, I doubt that sportsman will be able to stay in the water for a whole 7 minutes. David Blaine rule the World, he's the true dare devil!
