As anyone purchased from PenguinMagic before? any problems? besides the fact they dun accept malaysian credit cards.

just saw the earlier penguinmagic review after i posted this thread.. sorry.

i emailed the customer service guy (Kevin) at penguin b4 too... he said they do ship to malaysia but require advance payment via paypal or money order.

Also, the "Special Assortment Deck" which i wanted to order was out of stock for more than a mth already. Anyone know where else i can get this deck? cant find it on murphys or magicproshop..

The Special Assortment Deck (SAD) is a deck made by Fun Inc. and sold by Penguin. I think it's also sold at other online magic shops but the funny thing is it's no sold at Fun Inc. as a whole deck. They sell individual g*ffed cards.

Another option to look at is the CAJ deck. Also has an assortment of g*ffed cards and it also comes with a booklet of routines you can do with your CAJ deck. The SAD doesn't come with any booklet but if you purchase it from Penguin, they will give you a video download which teaches you ONE effect that you can do with your SAD. Hope this helps.
