hey,leo here,19,almost 2 years of close up experience.took some close up magic show before.sure it was bring some extra income for me also.

now, i am facing to learn about stage magic from my senior,charlston.he taught me a lot of theory of being a magician.i did learn a lot of things from him,sure it is not only about the tricks,i learned confident from him also!

he is a good magician i had never seen before.

i hope u all can accept me tis newbie in the MMF..and sure,i am all of ur junior~jus simply ask me go to any gathering for gain my knowledge and u all~

aiya,forget 1 thing. now i studying in tarc for my diploma course.my hometown is locate at johor,kluang.jus simply let me know if anyone is living at there also o..cos i never met magician at kluang state b4~haha

and lastly,i am so glad and excited can became 1 of this MMF members.hope u all " duo duo zhi jiao"(take k of me)~haha~

Close up shows eh? Is it more like parlour shows where u have ya booth/table and people crowd around you to watch or u go walking around street magic style.

It seems to me that the quality of magician in malaysia is really bad. You never seen a good magcian other than Chalston, are you trying to say that most magicians you have seen suck badly? haha that's the case in Malaysia magic community :(

Anyway welcome to MMF. And hopefully together we can elevate our beloved art to another level ;)

(lai)haha~ :rolleyes: not i mean only the charlston is good..for example my shi fu, a boy,and other magician is best also..like..kenneth,daniel,jason,roy,henzi..those magician r including into good and the best part lo~i saw they perform to me before..i jus can use a word " wows" to explain wat i felt wen looked at them.. :blink:

(low)ya,something like wat u said,a lot of ppl surrounded me..and tabble hopping lo..i used to perform close up..but i did no know much about the theories..so,duo duo zhi jiao lo~senior~parlour show is it like perform to one group of ppl to another group of ppl?hope can learn some theories from u..hehe :P
i jus perform street magic one time before only..not used to it..feel strange on tat show..mayb is cos my skill to catch ppl attention and how to invite ppl ba..cos once i invite they all ran away liao..T.T..

flourish means to performs some display moves with the cards in ur hand. maybe u should know one. rite B? haha. do train hard for ur cards, n WELCOME to MMF.
