Nope... didn't feel anything last evening but some of my friends living in the East side of S'pore felt tremors. One, my co-worker, thought he was ill... until he realised his windchimes were moving too!

I'm sadden to know about the deaths and injuries that took place because of the incident though :( They've already suffered so much since that horrid Tsunami happened. I hope things can only get better...

Yes. Heard the reading was 8.5. Aceh's earthquake was 9! This means that 8.5 is actually quite a huge one. We just have to pray.

Heard that within this 3 months, another tsunami will occur again and this time would be a more heavier and powerful. I am just praying that this tsunami will not happen again. :(

I am not spreading religion here, I am a Buddhist and I read an article about a monk in US and he made a prediction (Just like Nostradamus) that this tsunami will happen 7 times, after 7 times this tsunami will stop happen again.

I am just praying that this disaster will not happen as I am afraid that there may affect to us as well.

That's just horrible :( I just hope the authorities would be able to swiftl inform people ahead of time so more lives can be saved!

No offence to anyone, but i jus hope it wont happen again and that the monk is wrong.

Or at least let the warning system be up and ready so that more lives can be saved if the inevitable really does happen

there has been lots of emails around talking abt this second tsunami and blah blah blah.

just PRAY that no more disasters... GOD is in control.
