Hi,
So any of you you do the card tricks by the buck twins? They goin to release a new dvd, and i think i goin to get them, is a 3 dvd set complete wit tricks, flourish and sleight...now gettin down and try to make my sleight perfect, haha, just to get the dvd....hehe, and i think one guy for sure will buy it...dunno who o.....

man, the bucks are insane....no need for misdirection at all....everything is so flashy...and so fluid...mental....
the effects they released in the lecture notes are great....Subway, Summer of 69, Tivo Transpo, etc....Something you'd want to use on an everyday basis.....okay maybe im exaggerating...but its cool!!!!hahaha

Though I know 90% of the crap in the DVDs, I'm gonna get them anyway, mainly to see them perform the material - it's sweet.

Hey Szehowe,
I'd recommend you getting their SYSTEM DVD first.
I beleive some of the flourishes in the TRILOGY requires a bit of know how basics of certain moves. I might be wrong but if you are looking for flourishes to learn... SYSTEM is the DVD to get. Its got 18 flourishes to learn from if not mistaken. haha.
Im saving up money for the TRILOGY now :P...
Been spending quite a lot lately haha.

If you're referring to The Buck Twin's Trilogy DVD set (Winter, 2006) then yes, a basic background will be needed - but nothing too much; considering only one of the three-DVD set will be on flourishes.
The basics you'd need to know will be a standard sybil cut (with or without a revolution) and a normal O.H.R. - One. Handed. Revolution. Cut - The rest will be taught on the DVD, in detail. :) Also, magic-wise, I can tell you there will be a LOT in store for you guys, what they have in there is SWEET!
I can sum everything in the DVDs up in one simple phrase: Mother-Fucking, Cock-Sucking, Gang-Banging, Father-Fucking CRAZY.
Simple as.

I suggest u learn the basics first before you buy the DVD.
Learn from Tudor DVDs etc. Learn and practice sybling, revolution cuts etc etc.
Just know that the cuts/flourish in the TRILOGY is not going to be easy. It does require basic knowledge IMO.
You have a few months! practice well :).

haha, looks like everyone here are interested on the Trilogy dvd haha, Jordan nice comment from you though, so if we didn't have any background, that mean we still can learn the flourishes, but in the hard way is it?
So hope to see the dvd soon, but my main purpose on gettin on that dvd is because the CD1 and CD3....hope to improve somesleight and some flashy tricks... B)
