Dear fellow flourishers,

I am thinking abt doing another flourish collaboration. MMF's second flourish collaboration.

Target to get all footage in by latest mid Jan and plan for vid to be out End Jan.

Any ideas or suggestion guys? Who's interested?

In last MMF collaboration, we had our 4 of a Kind (Me, Kamil, Aerox (Ignatius) and Jeff (J.Teo)).

This round.... perhaps we could have more say 5-7 peeps or so... I will take the best moves from each participants.

My suggestion:
1) Everyone who wants to be included to submit at least 4 favourite moves each. Please submit the moves that you can do best at! (Smooth and with reasonably good speed)

2) We have to distinguish ourselves. Each to use different deck (back design) or different coloured deck. Jewels on hands are allowed if u want. Black, dark coloured shirt and black/dark background. It will be much easier for editing and wont look too messy jumping from person to person.

3) Style wont be like 4 of a kind (where we show one by one). This time the sequence can like rojak. No sequence really... just see how the moves flow.

OK... that's all for now. Im open for other suggestions.

NO WEBCAMS ALLOWED! Unless you can convince me ya webcam quality is superb.

Use only digital camera or video camara to record ya footage. We want a good quality vid. The last collaboration, we had some good and some lousy cam quality. This time it will be consistant and will be much nicer, hopefully :).

Plan to release this video on New Years Day 1st Jan 2007! So all footage must be sent to me b4 Dec 15th. Start practicing and filming now.

Other choices you might want to consider: Ghost deck, Green Bikes, Tally Hos Circles/Fanbacks(blue or red), Red Leagues, WPT (Red/BLue), Aladdins (Blue/Red). Do not use black decks. It doesnt look good with black background IMO. Lets have a variety.

Video Quality????

640 x 480, xvid codec multiplex with MP3 or AAC, 25fps or 29.97fps??

haha Jeuze... no idea man.

All I know is taking video from Digital Cam/Vid cam is much clearer than from webcam

By the way the digital cam I'm using is Nikon Coolpix 5900, 5.1MP. Not sure what the spec of the vid is. hehe.

OK, my isight is pretty good too. It's a webcam but it's able to take 30 fps.

Hope it's not the one u used to record for our 1st MMF collab vid.

Its so much better if can record with digicam though, using tripod. But the bad thing abt that is u dont really know ya angles... :P
