Hey fellow magic nerds, happy new year!

I thought I'd begin 2007 with a short video which I filmed last night. With it being late, I finished the final edit this morning. I was concentrating less on the moves themselves, but more on the editing. Bare that in mind as you watch the following. Enjoy. :)

DesiWN, I will be honest with you, everything in my video except for the Carnahan Fan and Tornado Cut is unpublished - they're not taught anywhere yet. Some will, however, be taught in the new upcoming DVD series by Dan and Dave Buck; titled "The TRILOGY" or "Tricksandflourishesandeverythingelse".

It arrives on sale late January/early February at www.dananddave.com

And Brendan, you were right, those cards were Aviators. :)

Excellent, the Carnahan Fan thats the fan i would like to learn, where it's a one handed fan but flipped backwards (the one similiar in the trailer of the new upcoming movie Smokin Aces where Dave is doin the flourishes)? cool it's in the trilogy DVD

DesiWN, yep you're right. :) Dave performs the Carnahan Fan in the Smokin' Aces movie. But If you don't wish to wait so long to learn it, the Buck's also have it in print. Check out their website and you can find it in "Sleightly Magical" - their newest set of lecture notes. (Format as a PDF, or even a signed printed numbered booklet.)

The Carnahan Fan is really a knack man. I've been trying to do it for weeks now months and I still cant get it to clear my index finger.

I guess my hands are just weird in a way. haha.

DesiWN, I suggest u get the SYSTEM DVD before the TRILOGY which comes out abt end Jan 07 I believe.

SYSTEM DVD is the best flourish DVD till date. No doubt.

TRILOGY is a mix of everything... 3 set DVDs, man that's real cool.... however, a lot of it already published in their notes, not all though... :P. Im excited!
