hey
i think card clips is usefull. If you got some extra money, i suggest you can have 1 of it. It not use protect your cards and also protect your cards case.(the box).
IF you are the type of ppl who always bringing card go here and there, you should have 1. It is nice.It is great. IF not why they make it?

Yeah I use em, they're really help in keeping your card crisp, i have a deck of bikes that I have been use for couple of mths after performance i just slip it in the clip leave it overnight & its good to go, but also i can say that results varies it also depends on the condition of the deck, yea so I feel that card clips help in someway to keep you cards nice & flat.

I had 1 chepo metal one which I used to carry it around. Some of you older buddies may have seen it. I always carry it around. Nice and shiny one. At that time.. I would leave my Joe Porper at home coz I didnt want any scratch on it.
But Im pretty clumsy at times... thus accidentally dropping my Porper on the floor a few times. That gave dents to my Porper... but a way it looks used (as it should be)... and it still looks good. B)
Also, I lost or misplaced my metal clip in one of the gathering. It just dissapeared. Sigh... :(. It had sentimental value as it was given to me by spore flourisher friend 2-3 yrs back. It meant a lot to me then. Oh well.. that's so long ago haha.
Now, whenever I go out and having a gathering, will bring my a few decks and the one in my porper will be the one i will use most of the time.
Having a good quality card clip makes u stand out. I mean it is like fashion and branding. And yes, u'd see a difference comparing the effectiveness between Porpers and the cheapo metal clips.
The metal one looks nice and shiny(well mine was shiny until can use as a mirror too.. lol...), protect cards yeah.... better having a naked deck of cards in ya pocket. But in terms of straigthening the cards.. nah... no help.
Porpers on the other hand... looks GREAt (solid black) with Joe Porpers signature on the side, nice curves, has a great grip on the cards and it really straightens the cards for the next days use. Awesome 5/5. Price a lil steep but it's worth it.
As a cardician/flourisher... I use and play with my cards a lot! Thus, having this baby really help a lot.
All in all.....my advice is Get it! Trust me. U will feel proud when u get one! No regrets.
Cheers,
Brendan
