Hi Isaac,

That would be a valuable advice. ^_^

Very interesting about your stories of magic, yes, there's something that must trigger our attentions first then pursue this art, right?

Yes, in my turn I share with some of my background and involvement in magic.

In 1988, I don't know anything that time, I just know my favourites things were guns, robots, etc. Then one day, maybe I was destined to approach this magic art, my father recorded the David Copperfield magic show in a tape, and one day, I was so naughty and at that time when I was 5 years old, I already knew to switch the video player and I messed my father's tape to on each of the tapes to have some look.

So, unknown to me, I actually on a tape where Copperfield performed magic, he produced cards, make handkerchief vanish (this impress me the most), produce pigeons, causing a magic cane dancing with him, and WOW, the more I watched it, the more I felt the magic was actually pulling me into this art at that time.

Since then, I went to emporium (at Great Wall shopping centre) my father bought a magic trick for me it was a close-up magic, where I remembered my father bought me a trick where a rope, ball penetrate from a small box. Till today, I am still keeping this trick. ^_^

In primary school, I perform some coin magic like using French Drop to fool my friends around and also some card magic using Svengali deck, etc.

After that, in secondary school, I always crazy of visiting bookshop as I know there are a lot of magic books sold in that shop. So, I bought straight 8 magic books and brought home to read. Until today, I am still VERY LOVE TO READ MAGIC BOOKS. ^_^

That's all folks about my involvement in magic, I would say that MAGIC will FOREVER IN MY SOUL and WILL NOT LET THIS MAGIC ART LEAVE ME. ^_^

Thanks!

Best Wishes,
Andrew

Magic has always been so facinating to me and i really thank god that he gave me a wonderful hobby to be involved in. Thanx to David Blaine for his street magic specials and also to the masked magician on the streets. hehe... i remember taking notes at that time as i have no video recorder. it was like wow.. its so cool and i wanna start doing magic from then on. I think that was abt 2-3 years ago.

I remember doing magic for the first time on campus student housing.... man.... it was surely a great feeling. i was carrying around the msia airline cards with me.. lol... my DL then was so awkward but it still stun people like crazy. My confidence grew and i knew from then its time to get serious with magic and have been exploreing card magic deeper since then.

yeah magic is a big part of my life now. if not magic also card flourishes man. Its like im addicted to them. Magic/flourish will always be a part of my personality and my character.
