Sorry to hear about your problem.
If you are going to buy something online, buy from a reputable dealer.
That's the cold hard truth about giving your money to any online tom dick and harry with some web designing skills.
I buy my stuff from the Magic Annexe's Magic Shoppe. Anslem has ready available stock most of the time and I can walk in and get the stuff I want to buy.

i can say that it is quite a BIG amount. one of his assistant promise to refund me the latest mid november. this website i bought from has given me a lot of trouble.

if i get back my refund that would be happy but that will NEVER happen. as they said, if i would like to get back my refund, i have to FOLLOW what they said and sign their documents...... as when i pay, i didnt sign any document and now when i want back my refund, they want me to sign documents. i already wait for so long until i can't buy a new desktop as my old one is dying.

by the way, i think they are also scammers, as they once offered an ONLINE VIDEO CONTEST OFFERING RM5000 FOR FIRST PRIZE...
and where would they get such FUND if they cant even successfully refund you??
think twice, we should not let scammers survive anyhow in our community.

that online prize is a fake i can tell you. with that money, why don't they refund me? as they said, if they have so many customers, why don't they refund me after they got their money? also, that is an unregistered company in malaysia. i lost more than 700 for this guy and hope no one can be the next victim. i still have the bank in reciept with me.
i can guarantee in future, i am not the only person who complain about this guy. you can see his own forum testimonial part. i am NOT the only person complaining as he stated that i am the ONLY ONE complaining.
if i got my refund back, i will post it here but i know it will NEVER happen.

I presume you all are talking about Magical Ztudio. All full statement of what happen has been posted in this forums.
Mistake like that i am sorry as i am not aware.
But rest assure that mistake like that will only hapen once.

Magical Ztudio is more than just an online shop. Too many areas to cover and is my mistake to neglect and left it with worng people.

False claim have been happening since 2 months ago. If you did purchase , and have the zen cart invoice rest assure refund will be made. Don't simple claim.

wow, chris, u really made a big mess man,u kinda made people lose faith in you instantly, and i mean alot, even from people who got their refunds, so its a 50-50 chance the same people would go and purchase goods from u again.So um, to me la, dun take it personally yea?, people kinda want u to clean ur name, magical studios name by proving ur consistency of good sales or transactions, but hey i think ur taking a good step by regretting it, and apologizing, but hey theres still alot of steps, so good luck and try ur best man, i heard many people are' hoping to buy from ur website coz of the price, dun dissapoint them weyh, gd luck :D

There are more options like www.magiccastle.com.sg or www.boutique.sg
But according to my price and service check, magic castle seems to offer better choices.

Ok. This has gone on far enough.
Kononmagic, Jason and all the other victims, while I fully sympathize with your predicament, this is not the place to fight it out. The MMF forums is NOT Magical Ztudio's forum. I sincerely thank you for providing feedback about the problems with this vendor to us all, so that others do not make the same mistakes as you all did. However, the MMF forums is not the venue to seek recourse to seek your problems with Christopher Cheong.
If you feel you feel there has been a fraud here, we suggest this :-
1) take it up with the shop in question,
2) and if you cannot settle it, please lodge a police report to settle your grievance.
Its better than arguing on an on-line forum.
This thread, and all other threads related to this is closed.
