Title: By Forces Unseen
Description: Your favourite effects?

Andrew Loh - February 25, 2005 12:35 PM (GMT)
Hi folks,

Although the 'By Forces Unseen' book required knucle-busting sleights to achieve them, but I found these 3 routines are very visual.

Namely: Claptrap, Houseguest and Jack Sypnapses.

Just curious to know if you folks have any other of your favourites effects in this book???

Thanks!

Best Wishes,
Andrew Loh

Man, you love this book too!! :P

Me too but I really don't understand why in spite of this book really breaks you hand while you do the routines in this book, but I am still LOVE this book.

Maybe because the effects majority of them are very visual apperance!

hi all..

I was wondering how much does this book costs n could it be bought in a regular bookstore or in magicshops?

Andrew Loh - January 31, 2006 01:10 AM (GMT)
This book only can purchase at overseas magicshop or online shops. Local bookstores do not carry this kind of book which the price is up to ~ RM100.

indeed..

i truly love this book because, first im a card magician ( i luv card card card!!! )

second, i feel this book has great material, compared with all i've already had.

i have some dvd card magic material, but IMHO the routines taught in there only take me about 10 minute, more or less, to master. i dun mean to boastof.. but they are!

but i find different wit ernest earick's routine.. they take a lot of time to practice before i can get the precise routine...

i wonder andrew, if you could do the palm transfer flawlessly because i cannot, my fingers are long but thin....

I like the Broadside Swivel Steal, I find all his moves cannot achieve in a short period of time, must have lots of practise.

I would say his Jack Synapses, Proteus, Claptrap, etc are damn awesome. Very visual piece of card magic but many angle sensitives.

To those interested in this book guys out there, you have been warned about this book, not many ppl like this book and invest wisely.

Some ppl like it and some ppl really see it as useless. However, IMHO, when you feel bored and no other magic books to read, this is the time to pull out this book from the shelf and starting to exercise youer fingers a bit. :P
