Hi Eric & damOn,
Wow! I envy you guys some of the books I have been still locating couldn't find it. It's not available already. :(
No, I bought magic books because I like to read books and collecting books, and I think the price is more cheaper than DVD.
What I mean is in books, you will learn more effects than DVDs.
Yeah! I am still in the process of adding my books in my homepage but time does not permit to do it, I am very busy now at the moment. ^_^
For the Concertoes for pasteboards and paper engine by Aaron Fisher, don't know but just my humble opinion, I am not really like the books. ;)
Eric,
If you can purchase Jerry Sadowitz's Cards on the table, the materials are awesome. Jerry I considered him one of the most creative card magicians in his card magic. ^_^ - You will not disappointed, trust me!
damOn,
Wow! If you can, quickly purchase Hollingworth's Drawing Room Deceptions, I consider this book should be owned by everybody for those interested in finest, elegant and quality card magic. Before it's too late! :P
Yeah! John Bannon's new book is on the way to my home, I think next week I will receive it. ^_^ - Looking forward to read his Ace-Assembly effects.

Andrew...
You've heard on things about paper engine and concertos for pasteboards?
I jst thought it'd be good to see what the hype used to be all about in aaron fisher's book ......but concerto's for pasteboards....content authors seem attractive to me...the fact that the tricks are coming from different countries intrigue me.....bt won't be getting them any time soon...=)
yeah..drawing room deception...always been in me mind..
Eric Liew - June 5, 2005 09:03 AM (GMT)
Andrew,
out of the huge collectino of books you have...
name your top 5 favourite ones!
Andrew Loh - June 5, 2005 03:32 PM (GMT)
Hi damOn and Eric,
Yes, Concertoes for Pasteboards firstly to be honest, I also intrigued by the authors especially Pit Hartling, etc, after I got the book, don't know it seemed to me a little bored some of the effects though some are quite good.
Paper engine on the other hand like theory to me abt the passes, etc, yet not really up to my taste but don't get wrong, this does not mean that these 2 books are not my taste means that these 2 books are not good.
But, lastly these 2 books I sold out to my friends already. ;)
The five books are:
-----------------------
1. CardZones
2. Card Conspiracy 1 & 2
3. Focus
4. Drawing room deceptions
5. Random Acts of Magic
Best,
Andrew
