I have just had a meeting with DUSIT THAI Restaurant Sunway Pyramid(LL1.45).
They will sponsor drinks for all magicians. I have decided to change venue so that our magician can get more benefit la(FREE DRINKS). I didn't ask them to sponsor food but the boss might sponsor you guys dinner buffet if you perform well for the guess...hahahaa.

Theme: The gathering of Malaysia's and Asia's Top Magician.

New Venue: DUSIT THAI Restaurant Sunway Pyramid(LL1.45).
Time : 3.00 pm onwards.

Wah, David ...U so fast told the magic community. Anyway i am working out with Pyramid to sponsor his trip here. He may be doing some stuff there but nothing is confirm yet. The latest news on deddy is that he will be in Sunway Pyramid on the 9.7.2005 (Saturday). He told me that he wants to meet the local magicians. He will be doing some Mentalism in Pyramid and to the magician gathering. Please let me know how many magician can come on tht day. Time to be confirm later.

The latest news i heard is that Deddy will be coming to Malaysia on the 9.7.2005 to Sunway Pyramid mall. I will try to organise as many magicians as possible to hang out with him but please sent me your details(name, contact and email) so that I know how many magicians are free to join in and to keep u guys updated. There may be limited seats depending on the venues that we will meet so I guess early confirmation is best.
Please take note that his schedule may change too. Lets hope all is well.

He is bringing another 2 of his students along too. I have book ATRIUM cafe(Sunway Pyramid Hotel) at 3pm onwards for the Magician Gathering on the 9.7.2005(this saturday). All you guys needs to do is buy drinks just as if we meet in Starbucks. Reason why I chose Atrium Cafe is it is spacious and because drinks are affortable for us at around RM4 for a coke. This gathering is meant for everyone to attend. There is also a special high tea at Atrium Cafe that day for those of you that wanna have lunch there. The option is open. Drinks only also Ok.
The Theme for the day is Asians Top Magician jamming together. Deddy may do street magic after the gathering together with the malaysian magician in Pyramid. I heard that David Lai is inviting some Malaysian Top MAgician too. He has thus far confirm about 15 magicians joining in. By all means call your friends, no need magician also fine. You will see notices/annoucement too on 8 of Pyramid digital buletin boards so that even shoppers can come. The public can come too. All are welcome.

Do let me know how many of you are coming so that i can negotiate something special for you guys.

Hope someone is ging to video tape the performances. One day I will find the time to visit one of you personally just to view the videos. Saturday working lah, so avoiding this thread ... but finally cannot "tahan" - sounds really exciting but can't go and watch :(
