whats your shipping charges to Malaysia?

Its very cheap rates to Malaysia and Singapore from Thailand.
Look at our site under: Shipping rates or you might put the items you want to buy in the shopping cart system, and when you select check out you put in on the dropdown box your country the amount for postage comes up.
This is before credit card details so you can see the shipping.
On everyt items it stayes the weight.

Items ordered on 6 August, shipped on 8 August, arrived on 16 August (a while ago).

Stuff was sent by registered mail so you have to sign for it. (so obviously it can be tracked should it get missing). Am pleased with the service. :D

IM SO DISAPPOINTED HERE :_( tried purchasing from ur site but the order was rejected. called my bank up to confirm wat is happening and they told me it was a BETTING TRANSACTION??? thats y it was rejected. what is actually going on here?? pls explain.

Only thing I can say is that your bank must have done something wrong or given you wrong information.

We are shipping stuff to Malaysia every week and have a lot of good customers
there.
They have never before mentioned any problems for us.

Our company are or will never be mixed up with that kind of buisness as your bank referes to.

We accept creditcards, Paypal and bank transfer.

Some countries in Asia are on blaclist with some cardcompanies spesially Indonesia but we dont have any problems with Malaysia.

oops.. forgot to tell u this... wat happen was when i called up my bank to check...they said they CALLED the MERCHANDISER up and the MERCHANDISER themself claim its a betting transaction for the same amount... :wacko: clueless

We have the most update creditcard mercandise today.

Problem is that Malaysia is on the FRAUD list of several big creditcard companies Blacklists.

The point is that your card is not proceed by ANY BANK IN MALAYSIA.

What bank and what have they to do with European and American
Creditcard companies.

Just ordered some stuff from maxello today (oops it's early morning ... so it's yesterday) When I tried to check out at stage two ie, I clicked to proceed with credit card transaction. error reading. E-mailed maxello and they responded very fast - in a couple of hours with suggested help. Tried and same problem. Ttried again and got through BUT said bank rejected the transaction.

That was a bit unnerving as I had ordered twice before at maxello usng the same credit card with no problem. Then I tried paying via paypal and no problem.
5 minutes later, my bank calls me to verify if I made the transaction via paypal. I asked them about why I could make a paypal transaction (which deducts from my credit card) but not direct from my card ... and the poor guy was confused. As far as he knew, the bank had no idea that I tried to use my credit card directly ... anyway since nothing else registered with the bank except my pay pal transaction that's a relief - ie no hanky panky, card hijacking etc.

A little irritating this round but as I said before elsewhere on this forum, I find maxello professional in their dealings. Having bought from then before twice, I have no complaints with their service. This time around, I am also happy with their quick response to my e-mail, and other queries. John, the person who dealt with my e-mails was very helpful

Right now I look foward to my early Christmas presents that I bought from maxello. :D

perhaps they (maxello's bank) have blacklisted malaysian credit cards?

i don think its their bank who black list the cc, but its our bank who black list the co. MAYB.... but anyway i'll again another transaction some other day... hope everythings ok...but i cant get it for christmas on time...sigh :(

as maxello ships be reigstered airmail from Thailand. You can get your orders in time for Christmas. If ordering from US, no hope :-(

hey hey, now i know wats the actual prob. maxello site is using the service of worldemail.com which is the one blacklisted by the bank. the bank classify it as betting, gambling or porn verificantion service. then i paid via paypal. same as wat paulmagic did. the transaction went through. placed my order on christmas day but it was recorded on 24 and it was shipped on 26, means 2 days processing. for me, im actually satisfied with the fast shipping but i've yet to receive the package yet.. msg ya all again... sorry mr.arve if there's any misunderstanding. thats y im replying in case there are others who face similar problems. but personaly, i don like to pay via paypal. but just for this one occasion :P haha.. glad to get the problem sort out. feel free to reply if theres anything. again, sorry arve if there's any misuderstanding.

Our creditcard company is one of the worlds largest and have about 200.000 customers that selling products.
Where your bank get this info from is a mystery.

But I garantie that the process with our cardholdercompany is 100% the best.

Paypal works OK if your banks says OK.

We received the payment 24th but postoffice not opened before 26 during holidays that why we could send it next day.
We ship same or next day.
ALWAYS. exept weekends and holidays.

Which one is using like when u want to perform juz open the cap and put behind then press down the gimmick. I do not wan those like have 2 heads of pen and 1 sticked at behind wan. Which one is which?
