Title: Ringgit Peg Removed!
Description: cheaper magic for us?

Jeff Gan - July 22, 2005 02:42 AM (GMT)

with the Ringgit peg at RM 3.8 per USD removed, i wonder what becomes of the ringgit. If it goes up a bit, that would mean it'd be cheaper for us to buy magic from the US. keeping my fingers crossed....lets hope for a stronger ringgit.

I'm no economist, so I dont wanna go into the implications of a stronger Ringgit but simply keeping this in terms of magic.

we floated the USD today and the stock market shot up 16 points in less than 15 minutes. it could mean cheaper currencies or otherwise because the pressure on the USD has been for quite sometime now and might cause an upsurge of the currency.

Let just hope that what favors us will happen which means cheaper MAGIC!!!!!

Well guys, me too hope so our Ringgit would be more stornger.

Back to 1997, I ordered magic stuffs at that time just RM 2.50 = $1, that time I purchased magic stuffs so cheap and affordable and can bought a lot of stuffs. ^_^

Sterling Pounds at that time just RM 4.50 = 1 Pound. So far difference. <_<

It's a nightmare to purchase stuffs from UK or Scotland. :(
