^_^ Hello Friends,

I'm a magic collector and wannabe magic inventor - not professional magician. I've been dabbling as an amateur since secondary school days. I'm into my forties now.

I'm especially interested in the principles of magic.. Based on principles we can actually invent new tricks, or, add variations to existing ones.

I also like to collect gimmicks that enable one to perform multiple tricks, eg, the TT and the IT, pulls, etc.... I believe these sort of gimmicks can be used as builiding blocks or utilities to invent new tricks.

I'm not sure if discussion of principles would flout MMF rules. Do let me know...

I also believe magic to be an extension and a fine example of my philosophy in life... that is, that the world we live in is one big illusion... things are not as they seem. Magic is living proof of this.

Glad to have found this community. Hope to learn and share with you guys ( and gals, of course... :P )

Anyway i was there looking for poker playing cards but there arent any that im looking for lol... only have those football team playing cards.. sigh..

Great to have a magician who always wanna be innovative and wanna create new magic. That's great. U are welcome to discuss some principles of magic. no prob but just no exposure.

I think i will discuss with Alloy to make a members on section or something for more in-depth discussion on magic. SMC already has this.
