im trying out the tornado flourish... it darn hard.... cant spin.... sob sob

i plan to do a flourish vid soon... i dunno when but b4 end of this year. It will be a simple video... short and sweet i hope.

Im pretty busy at the moment.... sigh

about the tornado , You need to know the right way to spin it
when first you do sure cant spin well , After practise you can do it
and Take a time to speed up
Its not a easy cut ~

working on new combos..hopefully my own combos; after my exam and when i get new packs of smaller decks..now still practicing wid bicycle but kinda hard when making revolution. My palms r small!!! hehe...
so i use the normal plastic deck got from d market to practice d combo first..
hard cos d cards r very lembut...

erm h4xor, i would recommend you to use plastic cards.. they are crappy...

if poker size is really too big for u to handle, then get bridge size.... paper one is better than plastic in my opinion.

Q. can u do charlier cut with poker deck? if u can, then one hand revo is no prob.

i have small hands too.. my revo... is spinning at the v tips of my fingers.. hehe....
Best if u can stick to poker size.

SOme routine are hard to do if your hand small
But you can do it !

practising 8 hours a day.. hopefully will start the production by next week.. thats all.. ;) i have no life.. lol.. :!!:

but im strengthening my one handed flourish..
and also transferin it to my right hand.
my left hand is okay liaw when flourishing.
its just the matter of practice..

cobra cut is freaking hard. can hardly balance the half deck on my finger..
hehe. anyways r u using any kind of fanning powder ?
wanna fan nicely should either use fanning powder to make smoothe it or use new deck..hehe..time to sleep! ^_^

If i wanted to record some fanning stuff, i'd always do it in an Air conditioned room and always have my deck in FP conditioned.

yeah cobra cut is indeed a hard move to balance on the finger but then again, its not possible. practice with a used deck so it aint so slippery.

i still cant do the freaking tornado cut... argh... hehe

I hope to brush up my skills a bit more before i start recording some more hehe....

Madonna 1 is just so so hard to do... i mean its not hard but its a knack man. my cards keep on colliding with one another haha.....

Still practicing and smoothen out the same ole, wth several more additions from The System. I'm in love with the bucks ace productions! :D The best way to start any four ace trick.

to me madona 1 is harder than madona 2 and 3.. i like madona 2..ehehe..its simple and yet quite fun doing it..havent really master madona 3..

but this is the problem ive been getting when doing flourishes:
1. new and slippery card
2. using bridge size bicycle but it is not helping much coz the length is same with poker size.. they only decrease the narrow by about 3-5mm.. using it coz my palm is small n hard to do revolution using poker size deck

yeah agree that M2 is just very nice looking cut. love it

M1, practicing but getting no where near. M3... hmmm... ok except for last part still giving a bit of probs.

the only way for new cards is to play with it until itsd conditioned.... mess around with it.. dont be so jaga jaga ya cards... if it needs some spring,... spring it.. if it need some riffle... just do it.. break into the decks. they'll handle much better after conditioned.

bridge size vs poker.. u are right. the length does not change.
like i said, if u can do a charlier with a poker deck, u can do a OHR with a poker deck. charlier stretches more than revo IMO. maybe its ur technique.

i have small hands too but from the sound of it u said ya palms are small. mine aint small... its just nice to palm and cover the card. but fingers short damn... haha.... if longer, maybe can do the King cobra or the Rev E.

Rev E i can do but vvv slow and i use gravity to my advantage. vvv stretchy for me to do.

I dont plan to swtich to bridge. Once u start with poker, its weird to go back to bridge.... it feels so weird.

Yea , Rev E are quite hard ~ specially for those had short finger
First when i learn that , keep droping my deck ~
but now i can do it in slow
Still need a lot of practise to be smooth

its the only way to improve but i do understand the frustration on small hands. its so much harder....

well... learn to appreciate it... coz large cards in small hands looks better IMO.. :)

ermm ... Practise hard but also smart
Those Two or three packet routines
You can tie up the packet into two or three with rubber band or tape
Then do it that way , get the way to handle it ,handle the move and the feel
After that do it with regular deck
you will get nice result .

That is the way I learn Rev E and cobra

B, I don't remember what are the names of the Bucks' Ace productions hahah :P but my favorite are the one that starts with a molecule and the one that seems like you just spread if over your arm and hands (and you finally spin the last card on your finger). Those two are such badasses!

man, there so many effects i wanna do using vegas but got no idea how to.. sigh... i dont want it to look the same as all my other vids.... :( oh well.. we'll see how...
