Hi guys,
Just wanted to know if anyone of you ever learn and /or practice hypnosis?
I'm interested to learn it....
Anyone know if there's any place where I can learn it in Malaysia?
Thanks....

Not too sure. For me I get books and video. It's kinda costly.

I'm sorry, I'm confuse again. I don't understand your question as well.
Hypnosis is a way to put your clients into a hypnotic trance. There are different type of hypnosis like military, police, therapy... but as for me, I've never come across there is any ESP level.
>> What stage are you at?
There a lot of method: NLP, touch, visualization... which will put your clients into different stage of hypnotic trance like deep or mild.
I read these stuff but I've never really practice it before so I can't answer much of your question.

I've no time to search for you but I did remember I recommended a book somewhere in this forum. Try to check it out. It's a NLP and hypnosis book.

talking about hypnotic trance,
my frenz n i were playing this game last year..
this is how we do it : ( YOU GUYS AT HOME DONT DO IT)
get sumone(A) rest on a chair or couch..
then another person (B) infront of him
B then press the veins, 2 veins which are moving frequently like heartbeat
one at the left and another at the right side of the neck,.
press it SLIGHTLY while A stop breathing for a moment and look at the ceiling.
then A will constantly fall 'asleep' in a matter of seconds..
make sure at this time B let go off his fingers
the funny part is sumone can get himself doing the things beyond their consciousness.. one of my fren, he was clapping his hands and slapping his leg as if playing drum..lol..sum shake their head as in sumkind of trance..
lol.. but this was last year b4 we realise it could slow down our blood-flow to the brain  ..so stupid le...hehe :!!:
anyways good for u who knoe how to hypnotise..
can add in sum spice in ur magic..

i don't know anything about hypnotism, but suggestion is a good way of manipulating audiences. mentalists around here will know what i mean, but if anyone's interested in a discussion, PM me, i'll be glad to talk to you.

Al ot of magician uses this technique as well. it's just a matter that they don't know they are actually using it only. You know what I mena right, Baalan. Hahaha.... :D Happy using it

right. here is perhaps a more detailed description of what i was gonna say.
suggestion
1. exploiting the natural occurences that um, well, occur, and causing the spectator(s) to believe that it is the performer who is actually causing these things to happen.
2. planting subtle hints during a performance so as to influence the thoughts of a spectator. e.g forcing an item, card, etc. by forcing i don't mean the card forces that cardicians use. what i mean is using your patter to influence the spectator to mentally select a certain object.
3. using the mighty power of the spoken word to manipulate a spectators thoughts.
4. misdirection. this is pretty much self explanatory, i dont think magicians need another lecture on misdirection.
hope that helped.
thoughtfully yours,
baalan.
