In 'Spellbinder' collection 1 book, there's an effect namely 'Esti-Mate-Ion' by Joe Dignam, where he can reveal a thought of cards.

There are a few actually like Elmsley's 'Brainweave', Oz's 'Thought Force', John's 'Clairvoyance', etc.

I read Allan Ackerman's version is the most SCARIEST, 4 specs each f them think of a card, and he can succesfully 100% predict the each 4 specs' cards. That's really amazing!!!

I would like to know guys do you other variations of this effect???

I would like to explore this kind of magic and it gets HUGE IMPACT when you perform them, thanks!
