Title: Looking For Apprentices
Description: James Tong looking for apprentices

JamesTong - January 7, 2006 12:11 AM (GMT)
I am currently scouting for magician apprentices - and qualified candidates get to go big time in magic and make big bucks.

It doesn't matter if you are a guy or girl - and it does not matter if you are not so skillful in magic. Girls stand to have a better chance to be in the group.

I am not only looking for one person but a few.

Please PM me to tell me more about yourself, your name, what your age is, your gender (male or female), how long you have been in magic, why you are in magic, how serious you are in magic and what your goals are in magic?

The purpose for contacting me is to secure an appointment and interview. But please answer the above questions first.

Selected candidates will undergo specialised training before actually going for real paid shows provided by my event & entertainment management company.

By the way, where is the performance place you were building that you mentioned? Is it done yet? PM me if need to. Thanks.

Hi James!

Are you forming something like a justice league or fantastic four kinda group?

Each has his/her unique superpowers? Abilities?

Card Master
Levitation guru
Mind reader...
Bungling Joker ...etc..

Or maybe something that can rival T.H.E.M. :!!:

JamesTong - January 17, 2006 10:35 AM (GMT)
I am forming an elite team. I can definitely rival T.H.E.M

My plans - to take the team to the highest level possible and join me in my world competition tour - compete in all major competitions to get global recognition and also to perform together with me in my commercial shows.

This means there will be a lot of work to be done - learn more magic, improve your skills and practise hard - very hard.

I am only looking for serious people that are willing to pay the price - the price of success.

I have already 2 new person joining me full time - you will hear about them big time in the near future. Already 6 people have been with me for some time.

Free Lunchers not willing to pay for coaching, not willing to buy more props and put in the time to practise - PLEASE DON'T BOTHER TO CONTACT ME!

Why should I put money into your pocket and also make you internationally recognised when you don't invest in your own success? Nothing is free in this world.

Brendan Low - January 18, 2006 03:13 AM (GMT)
Exactly guys. Nothin comes FREE in this world.

U have to invest to ya time and money to the art, then u can only be successful and make big bucks.

I believe James is looking for those really interested in becoming a full time magician. If u already have a professional job, i wont recommend it as u will just tired yaself and u'll be worn out. Becoming a pro magician is hard work. These people practice magic all day long :).

Im really wanting to see the level of msian magician rise up as well. James, all the best and hope u can help our msian magicians here build up their repetoire. Its good to see ur high vision for our local magicians.

Cheers,
Brendan
